Helpful Gaggia Titanium Espresso Machine Reviews Website

Don’t buy this machine, and more importantly-when you buy a machine make sure the company selling it will service it. I bought mine from Whole Latte Love and have had nothing but terrible customer service after buying it. We bought the machine a year ago-and it has spent more time in the shop than on the counter. Twice the boiler blew up, and it’s on the fritz again. The coffee beans don’t always automatically go into the grinder, so manually you have to manipulate them. This is a very temperamental machine. We had a cheaper Saeco for years, and needed to replace it. It lasted around 8 years. The WLL salesperson talked us into this machine and it has been nothing but trouble.
