The coffee maker side started leaking after 2 years of occasional use. First it was leaking by the filter basket. That stopped but now it is leaking under the water compartment onto my counter. I called the company and they told me it was not a known issue, my unit is out of warrenty and I would have to pay to have it serviced. I told them there are 3 pages of people complaining about this same problem on Amazon and why haven’t they fixed it. They had no answer. I will not be buying any more DeLonghi products.
